1. Order Processing Time

All orders placed on our website are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and a separate shipping confirmation email with your tracking number when your order ships.

During peak seasons (major holidays, new collection launches), processing times may extend to 2–3 business days. We will notify you by email if your order is experiencing any delay.

Free Shipping: Standard shipping is FREE on all orders totaling $75.00 or more before taxes. The free shipping threshold applies to the merchandise subtotal, not including taxes or any other fees. This offer applies to the contiguous 48 United States only.

3. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all 50 states in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. At this time, we do not ship to US territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands, etc.) or internationally. We are working to expand our shipping destinations and will update this policy when international shipping becomes available.

Alaska and Hawaii

We do ship to Alaska and Hawaii. Standard shipping rates apply ($6.99 per order). Please note that orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii are not eligible for the free shipping threshold. Delivery times to Alaska and Hawaii via standard shipping may be longer than the standard 5–7 business days — typically 7–12 business days depending on your location.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier's tracking page. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package's progress in real time. Please allow 24–48 hours after receiving your tracking number for the carrier's system to update with your package's location.

5. Carrier Selection

We partner with USPS, UPS, and FedEx for domestic shipping. The specific carrier used for your order is determined by factors including your delivery address, shipping method selected, and package weight. Overnight orders are always shipped via FedEx Priority to ensure guaranteed next-business-day delivery.

6. Delivery Estimates

Delivery estimates are business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). The delivery estimate begins on the day your order ships, not the day you place your order. While we strive to meet all estimated delivery timeframes, occasional delays can occur due to weather events, carrier service disruptions, or peak shipping season volume. We are not responsible for carrier-caused delays, but we will always do our best to help resolve any shipping issues.

7. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate when placing your order. BELOOT CLOTHING is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address, email us immediately at [email protected]. Once an order has shipped, we cannot redirect it to a different address.

8. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking information shows your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please first check with neighbors and any safe drop locations near your address. If the package cannot be located, contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of the marked delivery date. We will file a carrier investigation on your behalf. Depending on the investigation outcome, we will offer a replacement or store credit.

9. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please photograph the damage (both the packaging and the item) and email us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

10. Order Changes After Shipment

Once an order has shipped, we are unable to modify the shipping address, shipping method, or order contents. If you need to make changes before your order ships, please contact us immediately at [email protected].
